Mr. Ernest Haney age 53 of Cedartown passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2006. He was born on March 8, 1953 in Polk County.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Stanley Haney and Beulah White Haney and brother, James Haney.

Mr. Haney is survived by his daughters, Scarlett Ann Bailey, Valerie Elaine Collman, Leslie Dee Elkins, Lacie Jae Haney and Olivia Faith Haney; sisters, Dorothy Hardin, Thelma Ely and Becky Greer; brothers, Tommy Haney. Also suriving are 6 grandchildren.

The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, November 3rd at 11:00a.m. in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Russell and Rev. Pierce Ashmore officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2nd from 7:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at Gammage Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Kenny Peek, Greg Roberson, Steven Ely, Craig Payton, Brandon Sadler, Ray Floyd, Rex Harrell and Josh Bailey.
