Ms. Emmeline E. Redden Agan, age 89 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016. She was born February 6, 1927 in Floyd County. She was the daughter of the late James Redden and Jessie Thacker Redden.

Ms. Agan is survived by her daughter, Carmon Studdards (Wendell); son, Mackey Agan (Margie); sisters, Linda Duncan and Charlotte Cash; 7 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Ms. Agan is preceded in death by her parents; husband, M.C. Agan; daughter, Marie Knight and son, Bobby Agan.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Emmeline E. Redden Agan will be conducted on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at two o'clock in the afternoon at the Old Nazareth Baptist Church with Rev, Doyle Kerr officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Nazareth Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family of Ms. Agan will receive family and friends on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Chris Tucker, Josh Tucker, Collin Coleman, Jeremy Beecham, Wesley Beecham and Wendell Noel. Honorary pallbearers will be: Brent Arp and Jesy Tillmann.
