Mrs. Elsie "Lisa" Fortune Roberson, age 73 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014. She was born on June 16, 1940 in Cedartown. She was the daughter of the late Sam and Essie Mae Key Fortune.

Mrs. Roberson is survived by her husband, Leon Roberson; sons, Scott Ward and Richy Ward; sisters, Mary Johnson and Clara Bell Corn and granddaughters, Haley Murphy, Hannah Murphy and Ashley Ward.

Mrs. Roberson is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Tara Murphy; son, Mark Ward; brothers, Roy Fortune and Troy Fortune and sisters, Pluma Fortune, Annie Milam, Grace Kirby, Lillie Mae Pettit and Ruth Ayers.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Roberson will be conducted on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 3:30pm in the Chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Roberson will receive family and friends on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 2:30pm until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Scott Ward, Richey Ward, Jim Murphy, Clay Johnson, James Roberson and Gary Martin.
