Mrs. Elisabetha Helga Johnson, age 78, of Cedartown, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2015. She was born on February 24, 1937 in Ashaffenburg, Germany. She was the daughter of the late Johann and Eugenie Marquard.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, Hubert Johnson; sons, Fankie Johnson (Rhonda), Jonathan Johnson, Mike Johnson; sister, Eugenie Nitch; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Johnson is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Imgard Freiwald, Annie Schmidt, Maria Mench; brother, Willie Marquard; and grandson, Nicholas Johnson.

The family of Mrs. Johnson will receive family and friends on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The funeral for Mrs. Johnson will be held at Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 3:00 pm in the afternoon in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Ritch officiating. Intement will follow in Sanders Cemetery.

Frankie Johnson, Jonathan Johnson, Mike Johnson, Cole Bauer, Eddie Welchel, and Randy Johnson will serve as Pallbearers.
