Mr. Elijah Barber III, age 53, of Cedartown, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. He was born on October 7, 1958 in Apalachicola, Florida. He was the son of the late Mr. Elijah and Helen Hurley Barber, Jr.

Mr. Barber is survived by brothers, Randy Barber and Earl Barber; sisters Ann Redding and Chenell Pierce; five grandsons; six nieces and six nephews.

Mr. Barber is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Frances Barber; son, Jim Miller; grandparents, Elijah and Sarah Elizabeth Barber, Sr. and John Dwight and Helen Hurstine Hurley.

In keeping with Mr. Barber's wishes' he was cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
