Mrs. Elayne Carolyn Banks, age 68, of Cedartown passed away Sunday, March 27, 2011. She was the daughter of the late Myron Hugh Marshall and Viola Olga Saunders Marshall.

Mrs. Banks was a retired employee of Goodyear.

Besides her parents she is also preceded in death by husband, Billie Joe Banks, Sr. and brother, Steven Montel.

Mrs. Banks is survived by a sister, Sandra Sanderson of San Bernardino, California; half-sister, Deanna Miller and her husband, Les Miller along with their daughter, Heather Miller of Kodak, Tennessee and half-brother, Terry King and wife Melinda and son Travis of Plymouth, Indiana; sister-in-law, Beverly Montel. She is also survived by nephews and nieces, Jeff and Janice Kilpatrick and their children, Joshua Kilpatrick and Jeremy Kilpatrick; nephew, Robert Kilpatrick and his child, Gabriel Kilpatrick; niece, Sheri Handley and her husband, Todd Handley along with their sons, Richard O'Howell, Christopher O'Howell, and Jonathan O'Howell.

Ms. Banks is also preceded in death by her birth parents, Richard Eugene Baker and Betty Virginia Kuhn Baker King.

In keeping with Mrs. Banks wishes
Mrs. Bank will be cremated. A private burial service will be held at a later date.
