Obituary

Mrs. Edna E. Watson Ledbetter, age 80, of Cedartown, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. She was born on November 20, 1930 in Cedartown; she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell and Molly Martin Watson.

Mrs. Ledbetter and her husband, Everett opened and managed Ledbetter Insurance Company here in Cedartown in 1973.

Mrs. Ledbetter is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Everett Ledbetter; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Gary White; son and daughter- in-law, Keith and Denise Ledbetter; sisters, Margaret Cowin, Geraldine Stephens and Carolyn Spann; grandchildren, Shae Ledbetter, Chad Ledbetter, Wayne White and Craig White; step-grandchildren , Allison Johnson and Josh Johnson; great-grandchildren, Kamlyn Ledbetter, Brett Ledbetter, Christian Ledbetter, Drew Ledbetter, Sydney White, Emily White, Sarah Beth White and Jay White.

Mrs. Ledbetter is preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Ledbetter will be conducted on Thursday, June 30, 2011 at two o'clock in the afternoon at the Cedar Lake Christian Center with Bishop David Huskins officiating.

Mrs. Ledbetter will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral hour at Cedar Lake Christian Center.

Entombment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Ledbetter will receive family and friends on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cedar Lake Christian Center, 1890 Rome Highway, Cedartown, Georgia 30125.

The following gentlemen have been asked to serve as pallbearers; Michael Brower, Aaron Pace and all of Mrs. Ledbetter's grandsons.

Honorary pallbearers will be all of Mrs. Ledbetter's great-grandchildren.
