Mr. Douglas R. Davis, age 74 of Cedartown, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017. He was born on April 25, 1942 in Rockmart, Georgia. He was the son of the late Jack and Pearl Stroup Davis.

Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Betty Morgan Davis; sons, Tony Davis and Chris Davis; sisters, Betty Powell and Sally Ann Marks; brothers, James Davis, Bill Davis, Roy Davis, Robert Davis and Roy-Lee Bright; granddaughter, Michelle Davis and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Douglas R. Davis will be conducted on Friday, April 21, 2017 at eleven o'clock in the morning in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel.

The family of Mr. Davis will receive family and friends on Thursday, April 20, 2017 from five o'clock in the evening until seven o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as honorary pallbearers: Tony Davis, Chris Davis, James Davis, Bill Davis, Roy Davis, Robert Davis and Roy-Lee Bright.
