Mrs. Dorothy Holbrooks Poole Blair, age 80, of Cedartown passed away Saturday, August 9, 2008. She was born on November 6, 1927 in Polk County, GA.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, Bonnie Jasper Holbrooks and Flossie Hooper Holbrooks; Spouse, Henderson Blair; Son, Larry Poole; and Brother, B. C. Holbrooks.

She is survived by her Daughter and Son-in-law, Kathy and J.C. McCord; Son and Daughter-in-law, Sammy & Brenda Poole, Sister and Brother-in-law, Lucy & John Dean; Grandchildren, Shane & Angie Ridgeway, Max Ridgeway, Anthony Poole, Michael Poole, Crystal Harris; Step Grandchildren, Tim McCord, Tia Chapman, Amanda Beatty, and Jason Williams; numerous Great Grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service for Mrs. Dorothy Blair will be conducted on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Ladell Jacobs officiating. The interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday August 11, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Shane Ridgeway, Michael Poole, Anthony Poole, Cody Poole, Jason Williams, and Tim McCord.
