Mrs. Doreen Marie Cauthen, age 61, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2009. She was born April 29, 1948 in San Francisco, California.

She is preceded in death by parents Roger McDermott and Marie Dancunson McDermott; and a brother, Raymond McDermott.

Mrs. Cauthen is survived by husband, Sammy H. Cauthen; sisters, Sara Anderson and Romona Stillman of Northern California; brothers, Roger McDermott and Jeffrey McDermott of Northern California; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The Graveside Funeral Service for Mrs. Doreen Marie Cauthen will be conducted on Tuesday, November 3rd, at 2:00 p.m. in the Northview Cemetery with Rev. Nancy Frazier English officiating.

The family will receive friends on Monday November 2, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Gammage Funeral Home.
