Ms. Donna Faye Clemons, age 59, of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2011. She was born on June 30, 1952 in Aragon, GA. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Joe Clemons, Jr. and Mrs. Mary Lou Searles Clemons.

Ms. Clemons was a lifelong member of the Church of God of the Union Assembly and a devoted an active member of WinGS Women's Ministry at the church. Donna was a dedicated employee of Waffle House in Cedartown for more than 27 years.

Ms. Clemons is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Ms. Clemons is survived by her God-Daughter, Tandalea Thomason Mendez and Grand-God-Son, Alex Mendez of Rockmart; brothers, James Clemons of Rockmart and Terry Clemons of Tomball, Texas; sister, Patricia Vaughn of Cartersville and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Clemons will be conducted on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at three o'clock in the afternoon at the Church of God of the Union Assembly with Rev. Phillips Gentry and Rev. Leon Allen officiating.

Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery with Rev. LaBron Morgan officiating.

The family of Ms. Clemons will receive family and friends on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Anthony Allen, Keith Lentz, Jesse Starnes, Mike Chaffin, Zach Sanders, Richard Bailey, and Tony McElwee. Honorary pallbearers will be the "WinGS" of the church.
