Mr. Donald Wheeler, age 83 of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2014. He was born on January 12, 1931 in Cleburne County, Alabama. He was the son of the late Charlie Wheeler and Lilly Easter Wheeler.

Mr. Wheeler is survived by his son, Charles Wheeler; eight grandchildren, Jesse Wheeler, Jennifer Hicks, Hannah Laury, Stacey Hillis, Maggie Wheeler, Justin Wheeler, Victoria Wheeler and Audra Wheeler; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wheeler is preceded in death by his parents; sons, Larry Wheeler and David Wheeler and several brothers and sisters.

The family of Mr. Wheeler will receive family and friends on Sunday, May 25, 2014 from three o'clock in the afternoon until four o'clock in the afternoon at the Gammage Funeral Home.

A graveside service for Mr. Wheeler will be conducted on Sunday, May 25, 2014 after the visitation in Bordon Springs, Alabama.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Billy Lackey, Brandon Hicks, Jimmy Hillis, Austin Temple and Richie Gray.
