Dixie Jo Cash's Obituary
Mrs. Dixie Jo Slaughter Cash, age 75 of Cedartown passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2006. She was born on July 17, 1930 in Cherokee County, Alabama.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Elma Slaughter.
Mrs. Cash is survived by daughters, Paulette Baxter and Sylvia Pickett; sisters, Barbara Kimbrell, Pearlie Chastain, Carolyn Goddard and Diane Short; and brother, Kenny Slaughter. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
The funeral service will be conducted Sunday, May 14, 2006 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Delton Harnes officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 12th and Saturday, May 13th at Gammage Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Mickey Short, Joey Gilmer, Steve Pickett, Keith Kimbrell, James Cochran and Mario Gonzalez.
