Mrs. Diane E. Cole, age 64, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2011. She was born on June 18, 1947 in Polk County.

Mrs. Cole is survived by her husband, Richard Lavonne Cole; son, Clayton Chadwick Cole; son-in-law, Robert Keith; sisters, Janis Beck and Joan Farmer; brothers, David East and Curtis East; four grandchildren, Jarod Cole, Cameron Cole, Lindsey Keith, Maggie Keith; and lifelong friend, Dot Dawson. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Cole is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Richard D. East and Mrs. Fannie Miller East; daughter, Haley Cole Keith and brothers, Howard East and Wilburn East.

A graveside service for Mrs. Cole will be conducted on Monday, October 31, 2011 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Northview Cemetery with Mr. Olin L. Gammage III and Rev. Jason Slaughter officiating.

Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 30, 2011 from 6:00 to 9:00 in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.
