Miss. Devan Rose Brackett, age 20, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. She was born on August 6, 1993 in Cartersville, Georgia.

Miss. Brackett was a graduate of Rockmart High School and was attending Georgia Northwestern College.

Miss. Brackett is survived by her parents, Shelli and Scott Allen; siblings, Dylan Brackett, Cierra Allen, Kellie Allen, Jesse Allen and Brandon Allen; grandparents, Janis Lee and Myrna Brown; aunts and uncle, Gina and Mark Ashworth and Donna Allen; great aunt and uncle, Greer and Kenneth Moody; cousins, Lee Ashworth, Marika Garner, Ryan Moody and several other cousins also survive.

Miss. Brackett is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Charles Lee and Henry Allen and great-grandmother, Lorene Welchel.

A memorial service for Miss. Brackett will be conducted on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at five o'clock in the evening in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Connie Check officiating.

The family of Miss. Brackett will receive family and friends on Saturday, January 25, 2014 from four o'clock in the afternoon until the memorial service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
