Ms. Debra Kay Millsap, age 59 of Lindale passed away on Monday, February 13, 2017. She was born on September 15, 1957 in Battle Creek, Michigan.

Ms. Millsap is survived by her mother, Marcia Looney Daniel; son and daughter-in-law, Harvey "Mikki" and Kellie Cunningham; sisters, Pennie Millsap and Janae Millsap; brothers, Kevin Millsap, Ronald Millsap and Trent Millsap; six nieces; eight nephews; several great-nieces and nephews and lifelong friend Mikki Harrell.

Ms. Millsap is preceded in death by her father, Jennings Layton Millsap; sister, Connie Millsap and brother, David Andrew Parrish.

In keeping with Ms. Millsap's wishes' she was cremated. A memorial service for Ms. Debra Kay Millsap will be conducted on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 5:30pm at Wesley Chapel Community Church with Rev. Joshua Nichols officiating.

The family of Ms. Millsap will receive family and friends on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 4:30pm until the memorial service hour at Wesley Chapel Community Church.
