Mr. David Alan York, age 73 of Bonaire, Georgia, formerly of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.  He was born on October 2, 1952 in Cedartown.  He was the son of the late Charles Mitchell and Eugenia Pipkin York.

Mr. York is a United States Air Force Retiree.

Mr. York is survived by his son, Eric of San Diego, CA; grandsons, Shawn and Luke; sister, Judy York Bolton of Montgomery, AL; brother, John Mitchell York (Diana) of St. Peters, MO and several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held in the coming days in the family lot of Greenwood Cemetery.
