Mr. David Kenny Folsom, age 56, of Rome, Georgia, passed away on October 25, 2011. He was born on August 9, 1955 in Rome; he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. LC and Edna Wheeler Folsom.

Mr. Folsom was an United States Navy Veteran.


Mr. Folsom is survived by son, Josh Clint Folsom; daughter, Texie "Izzey" Elizabeth Folsom; brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Ann Folsom; sisters and brother-in law, Brenda Billingsley, Glenda and Alvin Hopkins and Patricia Maxwell and three grandchildren, Tyler Folsom, Cooper Folsom and Rylie Folsom.

A graveside service for Mr. Folsom will be conducted on October 29, 2011 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Anthony Trawick and Rev. Tim Cole officiating.

Interment will be in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.
