Mr. Daniel Adrian Posey, age 38, of Cedartown passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2009. He was born in Polk County, Georgia.

Family survivors include wife, Teresa Diane Stroup Posey; Daughter, Kristi Mallard; Sons, Dusky Irby and Chris Irby; Father, Gary Posey; Sisters, Kristie Posey and Melanie Pruitt; Brothers, Terry Watters, Jason Posey, and David Posey; Grandparents, James and Mary Callaway and Emory and Kathy Prine; Grandson, Landon Davenport; and Mother-In-Law and Father-In-Law, Diane and Buddy Stroup.

His mother, Brenda Morton, preceded Mr. Posey in death.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 10, from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Cedar Lake Christian Life Center.

The funeral service for Mr. Daniel Adrian Posey will be conducted on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at Cedar Lake Christian Life Center with Bishop David Huskins officiating.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home are handling the arrangements for Mr. Daniel Adrian Posey.
