Mr. Curtis Edison Lamb, age 88 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2016. He was born on November 22, 1927 in Dublin, Georgia. He was the son of the late Newton B. and Sallie Stephens Lamb.

Mr. Lamb is survived by his daughters, Linda Galloway (Memory) and Janet Earley (Randy); sister, Mary Mullis; brother, Gene Lamb; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Lamb is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Evelyn Frances Hampton Lamb; sister, Alice Knight; brothers, Thomas Lamb, Albert Lamb and Jack Lamb, grandson, Rodney Bradshaw and granddaughters, Missy Galloway Sharp and Cassidy Canter.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Curtis Edison Lamb will be conducted on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at two o'clock in the afternoon in the Chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Powers officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Blake Dodd officiating.

The family of Mr. Lamb will receive family and friends on Saturday, November 26, 2016 from twelve (noon) until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Corey Bradshaw, Wayne Maiden, II, Austin Blalock, Jeremy Colbert, Hunter Colbert, Seth Earley and Mitchel Earley.

The family has respectfully requested no flowers; however, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1893 Memphis, TN 38101-9950.
