Mr. Coye Lee  Timms, age 77, of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. He was born on July 13, 1944 in Cedartown. He was the son of the late Harry and Datha Timms.

Mr. Timms is survived by his loving daughter, Lauren Pettit; grandchildren, Dustin Clark,Sarah Pettit, Jackson Pettit, Trinity Pettit, Axel Rooks and Jace Rooks; and great-grandchildren, Trantham Canania, and Rachel Clark.

Mr. Timms is preceded in death by his loving wife and high school sweetheart, Sheila Dyer Timms; parents;  children, Brian Timms, Melissa Timms-Johnson, and Richard "Bee-Bop" Timms; and granddaughter, Erika Johnson.

In keeping with his wishes, he was cremated.  A private memorial was held.
