Mr. Connie Mack Phillips age 88 of 148 Cason Rd. Cedartown passed away Tuesday December 8, 2004 .

Mr. Phillips is preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Ruth Scott Phillips and daughter, Rose Phillips.

Survivors include daughters; Carolyn Luallen and Winnie Faye Pruitt, sons; David Phillips, Boyd Phillips, Calvin Phillips, and Paul Phillips. A number of grandchildren &great grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services for Mr. Phillips will be conducted Friday December 10, 2004 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Hopkins officiating. The interment will follow in Naomi Cemetery in Lafayette, Ga.

The family will receive friends Thursday December 9, 2004 from 7:00 until 9:00pm at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are David Forston, Randy Jackson, Mitcheal Varnell, Gene Luallen, Eric Luallen, and Jeremy Luallen.

The Olin L. Gammage Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Mr. Connie Mack Phillips
