Mr. Clinton Wayne Turner, Sr., age 62 of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2015. He was born on April 12, 1953 in Fort Benning, Georgia. He was the son of the late Joseph E. Turner and Jennie Pauline "Polly" Mann Turner.

Mr. Turner is survived by his daughters, Christy Moore and Jennifer Winter; son, Clinton Wayne Turner, Jr.; brothers, Denson McDow and Michael McDow; five grandchildren, Autumn Morales, Amber Head, Samantha Winter, Kayleigh Winter and Alexandria Winter; two great-grandchildren, Lanie Ransom and Alice Head and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Turner is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joyce McAbee Turner; sister, Faye Angeline Scott Buran and brother, Phillip Raymond Turner.

In keeping with Mr. Turner's wishes' he was cremated. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Southside Baptist Church with Dr. James Guy and Rev. Joel A. Smith officiating.

The family of Mr. Turner has respectfully asked that flowers are to be omitted and memorial donations can be made to Southside Baptist Church, 409 Cobb Street, Cedartown, GA 30125.
