Mrs. Clara Hobbs Dutton, age 80, of Cedartown, GA, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2009. She was born in Haralson County on December 9, 1928, the daughter of the late Benjamin Caldwell Hobbs and Vera Eaves Hobbs.

Mrs. Dutton is survived by daughter & son-in-law, Jan & Denney Chasteen; sons & daughter-in-laws, Dan & Sallie Dutton, Edward & Sherron Dutton, and Glenn & Kay Dutton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Chalmas Hobbs; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dutton is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel Monroe Dutton; and son, David Dutton.

The graveside memorial service for Mrs. Dutton will be conducted on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Dupree officiating.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the memorial service from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Gammage Funeral Home.
