Mr. Charles Van Morgan, age 68, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016. He was born on August 9, 1947 in Cedartown. He was the son of the late Ms. Sara Bell Sanders Patterson.

Mr. Morgan is survived by his daughters, Sonja Yerta, Rachael Fleming and Tonya Cuellar; sons, Charles Van Morgan, Jr. and Lee Scorpio; sisters, Nancy Cardona, Alline Jones and Betty Graham and several grandchildren.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Charles Van Morgan will be conducted on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at one o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Wood officiating. Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.

The family of Mr. Morgan will receive family and friends on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from eleven o'clock in the morning until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
