Mr. Charles Allen Luther, age 59 of Silver Creek, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2014. He was born on March 13, 1955 in Columbus, Georgia. He was the son of the late Ernest Luther and Rosalyn Camile Johnson Luther.

Mr. Luther moved to the Stone Mountain area where he graduated from Avondale High School before joining the Georgia Department of Natural Recourses where he served 25 years in Law Enforcement.

Mr. Luther is survived by his wife, Sue Ann Jenkins Luther; sons, Charles S. Luther and Kevin C. Luther; brother, Cliff Luther and two grandchildren, Charles J. Luther and Yazmin Luther.

In keeping with Mr. Luthers' wishes he was cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
