Mr. Charles Ray Howard, age 56 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021.  He was born in Atlanta, Georgia and was the son to the late Clarence and Elizabeth Fox Howard.

Mr. Howard is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Pace; grandchildren, Natalie, Emma, Bella and Autumn; and sisters, Shirley Ann and Wanda Gail.

A private memorial service will be held for the family at a later time.
