Mr. Charles Fitzpatrick, age 71 of Cedartown, formerly of Acworth, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025.  He was born on June 30, 1953 in Rome.  He was the son of the late Charles William and Maddie Olivia Smith Fitzpatrick.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is survived by his sister, Diane Alred; brother, Johnny Fitzpatrick; and several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Mr. Fitzpatrick's wishes, he was cremated.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at one o'clock in the afternoon at Grace Point Church GMC, in Rome, Georgia.
