Ms. Celeste Brock Phillips passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2006. She was born on November 22, 1952 in Okaloosa County, Florida.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Glenda Baldwin.

Ms. Phillips is survived by her daughter, Lisa Mechelle Phillips; granddaughter, Brooklyn Leann Phillips; grandson, Gerran Marshall Phillips; father and step-mother, James R. Brock and Joanne Z. Brock; sister, Selena; sister, Sheila Rae Brock; sister and brother-in-law, Susan Brock Campbell and Larry Campbell and brother and sister-in-law, Jim Brock and Wendy Brock. Also surviving are aunts, Frances Brock Shiflett and Wylene Brock Davidson; and 1 niece and 2 nephews.

The graveside service will be conducted on Sunday, October 15th at 2:00p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Benefield and Rev. Mark Smith officiating.
