Ms. Cathy LaVerne Wallace Shellhorse, age 64 passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. She was born on June 20, 1949 in Polk County. She was the daughter of the late Robert Wallace and Ludie Wallace.

Ms. Shellhorse is survived by her sons, Robert Shellhorse and Kevin Shellhorse; sister, Carmen Rogers; brother, Robert "Bo" Wallace; grandchild, Brittany Stone and great-grandchildren, Landon and Brantley Stone.

Ms. Shellhorse is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert Myers Shellhorse.

In keeping with Ms. Shellhorses' wishes she was cremated. A memorial service for Ms. Shellhorse will be conducted on Monday, September 16, 2013 at one o'clock in the afternoon at the Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Benefield officiating.

Interment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.

The family of Ms. Shellhorse will receive family and friends on Monday, September 16, 2013 from twelve o'clock in the afternoon until the memorial service hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.
