Mrs. Carolyn Faye Watson Spann, age 75, of Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012. She was born on July 5, 1937 in Cedartown. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell and Molly Martin Watson.

Mrs. Spann is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Mr. Robert Lewis Spann, Sr.; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Lewis Spann, Jr. and Stacy and Russell "Rusty" Spann and Tisha; sisters, Geraldine Stephens and Margaret Corvin; grandchildren, Seth Spann, Jake Spann, Katy Spann, Kevin Spann, Ava Spann and Scarlett Spann; great-grandchild, Austyn Spann and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mrs. Spann is preceded in death by her parents; sons, David Spann and Kevin Spann and several brothers and sisters.

The funeral arrangements for Mrs. Spann will be conducted on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at two o'clock in the afternoon at The Cedartown Church of God with Pastor John Moates and Pastor Delton Harne officiating. Mrs. Spann will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral hour.

Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens.

The family of Mrs. Spann will receive family and friends on Friday, November 30, 2012 from seven o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in evening at the funeral home.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Seth Spann, Jake Spann, Kevin Spann, Mitchell Watson and Jerome Stephens.
