Carolyn Goddard's Obituary
Ms. Carolyn Slaughter Goddard, age 86, of Cedartown, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2009. She was born April 22, 1922 in Polk County to parents, the late Luther and Elma Slaughter.
Ms. Carolyn Goddard is preceded in death by son, Homer A. Goddard; parents, Luther and Elma Mathis Slaughter; sisters, Dixie Cash and Mavis Goodwin; brother, Kenneth Slaughter.
She is survived by sisters, Barbara Kimbrell, Perlie Chastain, and Diane Smith.
The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, January 22, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Delton Harne officiating. The interment will be in Northview Cemetery.
The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Ms. Carolyn Slaughter Goddard.
