Mrs. Carol Sue Galloway Davis, age 77, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.  She was born on June 22, 1944 in Vincent, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late John "Jack" Cooper Galloway and Jewell Eva Allgood Galloway.

Mrs. Davis graduated from Cedartown High School in 1962.  She was retired from the IRS with 32 years of service.  Mrs. Davis was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister; she loved her family, but most of all her husband, and now they are finally reunited in God's hands.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Elaine Davis; beloved grandson, Grayson James Davis; brothers, Donald Galloway and Michael Galloway; five nieces; and two nephews.

Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by her husband, James F. Davis; parents; and brothers, Jimmy Galloway and Wayne Galloway.

In keeping with Mrs. Davis' wishes, she was cremated.  A celebration of life will be held for Mrs. Davis on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at eleven o'clock in the morning at the Gammage Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in the Northview Cemetery.

The family of Mrs. Davis will receive family and friends thirty minutes prior to the memorial service.
