Ms. Carol Ann Campbell Pledger, age 73, of Cedartown, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022. She was born on February 6, 1949 in Cedartown, Georgia.  She was the daughter of the late Winfred Ambrose Campbell and Louise Smith Campbell.

Ms. Pledger is survived by; sons, Larry Joe Welchel, Scott Daniel Welchel and Brandon Kip Gaddy; sister, Carmen Kay Bray; grandchildren, Donovan Scott Welchel, Taylor Maire Averett, Lindsey Ann Welchel and  Jayda Marie Welchel; great grandchildren, Owen Averett and Leilani Welchel and honorary grandson, Graham Hugh Taff.

Ms. Pledger is preceded in death by her parents and brother, W.A. Campbell.

The family of Mrs. Carol Ann Campbell Pledger will receive family and friends on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from six o'clock in the evening until eight o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

A memorial service for Ms. Pledger will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at eleven o'clock in the morning in the chapel of the Gammgae Funeral Home.
