Mr. Calvin Steve Whitfield age 87 of 417 Roberson Court Cedartown passed away Sunday January 2, 2005 after an extended illness. Mr. Whitfield was born on August 28, 1917 in Fulton County.

Mr. Whitfield retired from General Motors and was a Veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife Mary Catherine Malone Whitfield of Cedartown and a sister Mrs. Virginia Clay of Douglasville. A number of nieces & nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends at The Gammage Funeral Home Tuesday January 4, 2005 form 9: 00 AM Until 11:00 AM. Graveside Services will be conducted following the visitation at 11:00AM from the Northview cemetery with Dr. DeWayne New Officiating. Full military rites will be conducted by the Brewster-Cleveland Post # 86.

Pallbearers are David Barth, Jonathan Barth, Robert Barth, Tim Malone, Todd Battle & Hal Morgan
