Mrs. Burlean S. Kitchens, age 76, of Cedartown passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007.

She was a member of Youngs Grove Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Strickland and Willie Rudeseal Strickland; son, Steven Allen Kitchens; twin sister and twin brother, Ledever Strickland and Arnold Strickland and brothers, Van Strickland, Clarence Strickland and Robert Earl Strickland.

Mrs. Kitchens is survived by daughters, Sandra Kitchens Grow and Barbara G. Kitchens; sons, James David Kitchens, Dennis R. Kitchens, Robert M. Kitchens, Randy Wilton Kitchens and Eddie E. Kitchens; sister, Merilyn Crawford and brothers, James P. Strickland and Lloyd Strickland. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be conducted on Monday, April 9th at 4:00p.m. in the Chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Homewith Rev. Bobby Wood offciating. Interment will follow in Sanders Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 8th from 7:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are James Kitchens, Charles Strickland, Brad Summerville, Jerry Crawford, Gary Crawford and Larry Strickland.
