Mr. B.L. Moody, age 97, of Cedartown passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2007. He was born on January 6, 1910.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Anna Katherine Hunt Moody and parents, Keziah Ann "Kitty" McNair Moody and Robert Emmet Moody.

Mr. Moody is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, James Robert Moody and Noor Elizabeth Holt Moody and David Hunt Moody and Mary Gibbs Moody. Also surviving are grandchildren, Katherine Elizabeth Moody Raffety, Leah Holt Moody Hubbard, James Robert Moody, Jr., David Hunt Moody, Jr., Bryann Leslie Moody Adair, David Michael Moody and Jennifer Lee Moody Ruef; great grandchildren, Emily Katherine Raffety Geremia, Kaley Elizabeth Raffety Warensford, Zakkary Robert Adair, Joshuah Alden Brent Adair, Jeremia Kyle Adair, Aneurin Francis Clark Moody, Jennes Holt Moody, Ruby Katherine Moody Clark, Edison Gregory Ruef and Elijah James Moody and great great grandchildren, Dillan Matthew Geremia and Avery James Geremia

The funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, April 12th at 11:00a.m. in the Chapel of the First Baptist Church with Rev. Wayne Benefield and Rev. Clint Kimbrough officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 11th from 6:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.
