Obituary

Ms. Beverly Anita White Kimball, age 71 of Cedartown, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. She was born on October 9, 1943 in Polk County. She was the daughter of the late Lucian H. White and Agnes Juanita Williams White.

Ms. Kimball was a member of the Southside Baptist Church. She was a retired ICU Nurse at Floyd Medical Center and was also a former cashier at Casey's Food Store.

Ms. Kimball is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Katie Kimball Bentley and Lacurtis Bentley; sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and Freeman Stringer; brother and sister-in-law, Sammy and Janice White; nephews and spouses, Todd and Beth White, Jason and Tara Stringer and Tim and Stefanie White and great-nieces and nephews, Cody White, Brandon Brame, Brooklyn Brame, Caleb, Madelyn, Seth, Jared, Summer Rose and Caroline Stringer and Megan and Garrison White.

Ms. Kimball is preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Truman Kimball and grandmothers, Mary P. White and Kate Kines Williams.

The funeral arrangements for Ms. Kimball will be conducted on Friday, October 17, 2014 at one o'clock in the afternoon at the Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Joel A. Smith and Rev. Jason Stringer officiating. Interment will follow in the Polk Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Roger Whorton officiating.

The family of Ms. Kimball will receive family and friends on Thursday, October 16, 2014 from six o'clock in the evening until nine o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

Flowers are being accepted; however donations can be made to Heyman Hospice Care at Floyd, 420 E. Second Avenue, Rome, GA 30161 or the Breast Center at Floyd, 255 West 5th Street, Rome, GA 30165.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers; Todd White, Tim White, Cody White, Caleb Stringer, Ramsey Corn and Brandon Brame. Honorary pallbearers will be Baxley Corn, Kelvin Bentley, Jared Stringer, Seth Stringer, Garrison White and Neil Corn.
