Mrs. Beverly D. Atkins Bailey, age 63 of Cedartown, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015. She was born on April 14, 1952 in Polk County. She was the daughter of the late William Horace Atkins and Rachel Lee Dutton Atkins.

Mrs. Bailey is survived by her husband, Charles Bailey; sons, Charles B. Bailey, III and Michael Horace Bailey; sister, Brenda A. Temple; brother-in-law, Michael Cooper; grandchildren, Keith Shaw, Mystee Bailey, Chris Bailey, Randy Shaw, Jr., Cheyenne Bailey, Breanna Bailey and Michaela Bailey and great-grandchildren, Madison Mathis, Makenzie Mathis, Conner Shaw, Riley Shaw, Madalyn Bailey and Gage Bailey.

Mrs. Bailey is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Bobbie Jean Bailey Shaw and brothers, William H. Atkins, Jr. and Jimmy Douglas Atkins.

In keeping with Mrs. Bailey's wishes' she was cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
