Mr. Benjamin Leith Hudson, Jr., age 66 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021. He was born on March 6, 1955 in Cedartown.  He was the son of the late Benjamin Leith Hudson, Sr. and Barbara Jane White Hudson.

Leith was an honor graduate of Cedartown High School in 1973.  From CHS he joined the United States Air Force and worked as an aviation mechanic; he retired as a staff sergeant.  Leith was always proud and said it was an honor to serve his country; he was a part of the Gulf War.

Leith was brought up in the Baptist church from birth; he attended First Baptist Church with his parents.  Leith had many hobbies, which included playing his bass guitar, bowling and hiking.  He was a passionate reader, and a kind loving son, brother and uncle.

Mr. Hudson is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, James H. Hudson and Dedra; three nieces and one nephew.

In keeping with Mr. Hudson's wishes, he was an organ donor and will be cremated.  The family of Mr. Hudson will have a private memorial service.
