Mr. Benjamin Luby Hoover, Sr., age 63 of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025.  He was born on June 23, 1961 in Wilmington, North Carolina.  He was the son of the late John A. and Henrietta Futrell Hoover.

Mr. Hoover is a United States Navy Veteran.

Mr. Hoover is survived by his wife, Ronda Darlene Packer Hoover; daughter, Carey Elizabeth Hoover; sons, Edmond John Govern, III, (Jessica) Benjamin Luby Hoover, Jr., David James Hoover (Erin Graves), and William Eugene Hoover, Jr.; grandchildren, Johnny, Nytie, Ava and Austin; several cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family members.

In keeping with Mr. Hoover's wishes, he was cremated.  A memorial service will be held at a later time.
