Mrs. Barbara Evans Skinner Meadows, age 77, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2023.  She was born on May 20, 1945 in Cedar Bluff, Alabama. She was the daughter of the late Frank Evans and Clara Mae Harrell Carnes.

Mrs. Meadows is survived by her daughter, Sherry Walters; son, Wendell Green (Melissa); grandchildren, Chris Green, Brittany Daniel (Brian), Heather Goodson (Brett), Hunter Reed and Danny Reed; great-grandchildren, Caydence Goodson, Holden Goodson, and Ava Leigh Reed; and other family, Hugh Green (Joan).

Mrs. Meadows is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Phillip Anthony Meadows.

A graveside service for Mrs. Barbara Meadows will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at ten o'clock in the morning at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia with Rev. Danny Tucker officiating.

The family of Mrs. Meadows will receive family and friends on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from five o'clock in the evening until seven o'clock in the evening at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The family has respectfully requested that flowers are to be omitted and donations can be made to St. Jude Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
