Arzilla W. Robinson, age 94, of Cedartown, GA passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012. She was born August 11, 1917, the daughter of the late Doc Weaver and Phoebe Lewis Weaver.
She was formerly employed by the Polk Medical Hospital in the nursing field and was also the oldest living member of Lake Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by daughter & son-in-law, Barbara Phillips (Cushman) of Summerdale, Alabama; sons & daughter-in-law, Larry Robinson (Sara) of Kennesaw, Georgia, George Robinson (Gail) of Antioch, Tennessee; sister, Inez Free; Brother, J.R. Weaver.; five grandchildren, Ray Midden, Johanna Mora, Michelle Pancirov, Teddy Robinson, Marc Robinson; and 6 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tatum Robinson; and sisters and brothers: Evelyn Boatner, Clora Mae Bradley, B.F. Weaver, Raymond Weaver, and Martin Weaver.
The funeral service will be conducted on Monday, May 21, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Vines officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday, May 20 at the funeral home from
4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
