Mr. Anthony E. Washburn, age 43, of 1334 S. Main Street, Cedartown passed Friday, April 21, 2006. He was born on January 7, 1963 in Allentown Pennsylvania. Mr. Washburn was an employee at Aluminum A. Lift in Winston, Georgia.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Washburn.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Washburn of Cedartown; parents, Donald and Peggy Sicher of Bowden, Georgia; step-daughter, Jean Truett of Rockrun, Alabama; step-sons, Randy "PeeWee" Welchel of Cedartown and Jim Welchel of Cedartown; 10 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Also surviving are sister, Kristen Sicher; brothers, Dennis Sicher of Temple, Nick Washburn of Weodowie, Alabama, Steven Washburn of Douglasville, and Scott Sicher of Panama City Beach, Florida; and grandmothers, Micky Sicher of Pennsyvania and Grace Washburn of Pennsylvania.

The funeral service will be conducted on Monday April 24th at 2:00PM at Felton Baptist Church with Rev. Joseph Shoemaker and Donald Oswalt officiating. Interment will follow in Sanders Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Mr. Washburn's residence.

Pallbearers are Clifford Brand, Lester Lee Dunn, Jr., Jerry Oliver, Matt Smith, Stephen Washburn and Brandon Sicher. Honorary Pallbearers are Jeff Timms, Danny Timms, Ronald Carter, Martin Truett and Tommy Kelley.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home has charge of the arrangements for Mr. Anthony Washburn.
