Mrs. Anne Leah Bowen Harper, age 64 currently of Cedartown, Georgia and life-long resident of Fredrick, Maryland passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016. She was born on May 6, 1952 in Washington, DC to the late Francis Leo and Victoria Bernice Jackson Bowen.

Mrs. Harper graduated from Robert E. Peary High School, in Rockville, Maryland. She was a lifelong member of St. Jude's Catholic Church and School of Rockville, Maryland and she was most recently a member at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church in Cedartown.

Mrs. Harper is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, John Alexander Harper, III (Andy); sons, John Alexander Harper, IV, (wife Sarah) Francis Bowen Harper and Patrick James Harper (wife Arlene); sisters, Catherine Kennedy, Martha Howes, Joan Dunn and Judith Bruchey and seven grandchildren, Logan Anne Harper, Jordan Daniel Harper, Zoey Patricia Harper, Zariel Fiona Harper, Zea Aliana Harper, Patrick James Harper, II, and Brix Dahonos.

In keeping with Mrs. Harper's wishes' she was cremated. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
