Mrs. Ann Earley Spencer, age 78, of Cedartown, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2009. She was born in Baltimore, MD on March 16, 1930.

Mrs. Spencer is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lewis Spencer and her parents, Bryant and Ethel Benefield Earley.

She is survived by daughters, Faith Spencer Cole and Hope Spencer Wills; Grandsons, Spencer John Wills, Jarod Ryan Cole, and Cameron Blake Cole; Sister, Peggy Kirkpatrick; and Brothers, Tommy Earley, Ray Earley, and Tony Morgan.

The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, January 30, at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Dave Grove officiating. The interment will be in Polk Memory Gardens. Mark Sullins, Bill Earley, Jim Earley, Tom Earley, Jeff Rickett, Scotty Tillery, and Steve Kirkpatrick will be serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons, Spencer John Wills, Jarod Ryan Cole, and Cameron Blake Cole.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 29th, from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Gammage Funeral Home.
