Ms. Angela Elizabeth Shaw, age 62, of Cedartown, Georgia, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 18, 2026 from complications of cancer. Born on July 22, 1964, in Albany, Georgia, she was the beloved daughter of the late Carl Thomas Shaw, Sr. and Jellette Shaw.

Angie had a rewarding career as an x-ray technician before retiring. She was also a passionate and lifelong fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, sharing her love for her team with family and friends.

She is lovingly survived by her mother, Jellette Shaw; her brother and sister-in-law, Tommy and Vicki Shaw; her niece Mallory Colston and husband Alan; her nephew Logan Osborne and wife Lauren; as well as her uncles Marshelle Thaxton and Oscar Thaxton. Angie was also cherished by numerous cousins and friends who will fondly remember her.

A graveside service celebrating her life will take place on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM in Greenwood Cemetery, with Rev. Mark Purser officiating.
