Mrs. Amy Lou Jarrell, age 80, of Cedartown passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2012. She was born August 3, 1931 in Floyd County, GA.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Wiggins and Lucille Pyles Shell; daughter, Linda G. Ferguson; granddaughters, Amy Lynn Ferguson Goss and April Ferguson Ayers; brother, Robert "Jake" Wiggins, Jr.

Mrs. Amy Lou Jarrell is survived by husband of 65 years, Seals Edward Jarrell; sons, Randy E. Jarrell, Sr. and Danny R. Jarrell; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren also survive.

The funeral service for Mrs. Jarrell will be conducted on Sunday, January 22, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gammage Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Livingston officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Randy Jarrell, Jr., Austin Jarrell,Thomas Ledbetter, Joel Ledbetter and Lee Taylor.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 21, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Gammage Funeral Home.

Flowers are being accepted, however, memorial contributions may be made to First Apostolic Church, 3213 Cave Spring Rd., S.W., Rome, GA 30161.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mrs. Amy Lou Jarrell.
