Mrs. Achsah Lucile Denham Davis, age 88, formerly of
223 Marshall St, Cedartown, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at a medical facility in Cartersville, Georgia.

Mrs. Davis was born in Upson County, Georgia on July 24, 1919. She was the daughter of the late Alvah and Mary Hoyle Denham. She is preceded in death by husband, Harvie Dean Davis.

Mrs. Davis was a retired bank teller of the First National Bank in Cedartown.

Mrs. Davis is survived by sister, Frankie D. Fallin of Thomaston; nephews, William Larry Fallin and wife Janell of Rome, Thomas Neal Fallin and wife Patricia of Riverdale, Cary Durwood Fallin and wife Sue of Somerville, Alabama, and Gary Sherwood Fallin of Atlanta. A number of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews also survive.

The graveside service for Mrs. Achsah Lucile Davis will be conducted on Saturday, September 8, at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Cedartown
with Rev. Dusty Raines officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Keith Fallin, Kevin Fallin, Blake Fallin, Brandon Fallin, Eric Fallin and Ronnie Raines.

The Olin L. Gammage and Sons Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for Mrs. Achsah Lucille Denham Davis.
